All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after your purchase is completed.
During peak seasons or special launches, processing times may be slightly extended — we appreciate your patience

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your BreLuxeCrafts candles sooner!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Currently, we ship within the United States.
We are working to offer international shipping soon — stay tuned!

Lost or Stolen Packages

BreLuxeCrafts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you experience any issues, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are happy to assist however we can!

Return/Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting BreLuxeCrafts! We take pride in crafting high-quality candles and want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened candles within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery.
Include a photo of the damaged item and your order number so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Used candles or candles that have been lit.

Pick-Up & Delivery Service

Local Pick-Up

Pick-up is available at our designated location in [Towson/Essex].
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email or text notification with pick-up instructions.
Pick-up hours vary depending on availability

Local Delivery

We offer delivery within a [15-25-mile radius] of [Towson/Essex].
Delivery is available for a flat fee of [$10.00 or free for orders over [$75.00].

You will receive a text or email when your delivery is on the way.

Important Notes

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery during the selected window.
If no one is available, we will leave your package at the front door unless otherwise specified in your order notes.
For safety and freshness, candles should not be left outside for extended periods, especially in extreme weather.
