  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after your purchase is completed.
  • During peak seasons or special launches, processing times may be slightly extended — we appreciate your patience

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your BreLuxeCrafts candles sooner!
     

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

 

Shipping Locations

  • Currently, we ship within the United States.
  • We are working to offer international shipping soon — stay tuned!


 

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • BreLuxeCrafts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If you experience any issues, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are happy to assist however we can!

Shipping Delays

  • Please note that shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.
  • We will always do our best to keep you informed if there are any unexpected delays.

Return/Refund Policy

  Thank you for supporting BreLuxeCrafts! We take pride in crafting high-quality candles and want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
 

Returns

  • We accept returns on unused, unopened candles within 14 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include a photo of the damaged item and your order number so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used candles or candles that have been lit.
  • Sale items, or custom items

Pick-Up & Delivery Service

   at BreLuxeCrafts, we’re committed to making your candle experience as smooth and convenient as possible! We are proud to offer local pick-up and delivery options for our customers.
 

Local Pick-Up

  • Pick-up is available at our designated location in [Towson/Essex].
  • Once your order is ready, you will receive an email or text notification with pick-up instructions.
  • Pick-up hours vary depending on availability 

Local Delivery

  • We offer delivery within a [15-25-mile radius] of [Towson/Essex].
  • Delivery is available for a flat fee of [$10.00  or free for orders over  [$75.00].
  • Deliveries are made depending on availability
  • You will receive a text or email when your delivery is on the way.


 

Important Notes

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery during the selected window.
  • If no one is available, we will leave your package at the front door unless otherwise specified in your order notes.
  • For safety and freshness, candles should not be left outside for extended periods, especially in extreme weather.
